keeping the change

the summery of this article is a lady after getting injured sets aside 2000 $ a year. And earn(a san francisco non profit orginization that helps low income people save money for specific assets)  pays 2$ for every 1$ put away.
stop buying  high end products and other luxery items  and start putting money away for the future.
my opinion is that it is a good idea and you should save your money and will be rewarded in the future.

you want a warranty with that?

This article talks about if it is a wise choice to buy the extended warranty on a product you have just purchased. they took some surveys that told them that six out of ten americans siad that they bought the lifetime warranties. 75 % of them in another study who bought the warranty said they only bought it because they did so in the past as well.
things like laptops are a good thing to purcahse the warrantes on. electronics and appliances are another thing to buy the warranty.
some things to look for when purchasing a warranty is-
-read the fine print
-do your homework about the warranty
-do extra credit homework
-know the life span
-calculate the cost
 -bargain at purchase time
I think that the steps I just listed are the best way to go when buying a warranty.
Especially do your homework on the warranty, because you really need to know as much as you can about the warranty before you buy it.

car maintenance

tmv price $96,474
the cons are that it is 17 mile to the gallon, has not been rated, only has 18 gallon fuel tank capacity
some of the pros are that it has antilock brakes and is a v8 engine it also is loaded with standard luxury and convenience features also has Ripping acceleration.
another interesting fact is that it has Antilock disc brakes, traction control and stability control are all standard on the 2009 Cadillac XLR-V. As in all convertibles of this ilk, the XLR-V's side airbags inflate to protect both the head and torso.
1. it is important because the manual have everything you need to know about your car and its maintenance intervals
